To be exact, our Principal Tutor and Co-Founder Ms Yvonne Chen, aka Tutor Chen, was listed in the article as one of the top and ‘highly-raved about’ tutors in Singapore. What an honour!
As their article described, Ms Chen is an NIE-trained teacher. Her teaching experience includes teaching physics and math at schools like Nan Hua Secondary School and Raffles Girls’ School, before making the switch to becoming a private tutor. As far as her story goes, she became so popular as a tutor, that she eventually decided to start a tuition centre to cater to more students.
Today, Ms Chen helms a tutor team at Future Academy and continues to teach classes – as teaching is still her first love! By sharing her teaching methods and philosophy with fellow tutors, she is able to spread the effective tutoring experience and benefit more students over the years.
While Ms Chen specialises in teaching classes such as IP Math tuition and JC Physics tuition, her colleagues at Future Academy also provide a wide range of subjects and classes like DSA Math training, English tuition for IP students, and also lower sec science tuition.
