Celebrating Excellence: Our Students’ Outstanding Achievements (Jan-Jun 2024)

As we reach the midpoint of the year, it is with immense pride and joy that we celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students at Future Academy! Their hard work, dedication, and academic prowess have yielded exceptional results, underscoring the effectiveness of our holistic approach to education. Read on as we share some of the highlights from the first half of the year!

Stellar Exam Results

Our students have demonstrated remarkable academic excellence in their recent examinations. Notably, a significant number of them have achieved top grades, with many scoring above 80% across various subjects. Here are some of the standout performers:

Student K, an RGS Sec 4 student attending our IP Math Tuition, scored an impressive 90% for her math 2 class test! It is a marvellous feat considering the difficulty of RGS papers and the self-directed learning style that the school has adopted. With the help of systematic teaching and practices in Future Academy, she was able to excel even despite the challenging curriculum!

Student A is an SCGS Sec 2 student who used to dislike math and did badly in it. But she experienced a turning point when she joined the Secondary Math Tuition in Future Academy. Soon, she picked up concepts which she once struggled with, and saw tremendous improvements in just 6 months! Most recently, she topped her class with 90% for her math class test – amazing!

Student P is a Sec 2 ACS(I) IB student who has scored a remarkable 37 out of 40 for his latest math class test! His parent shared that he has shown visible improvement in math compared to his performance in primary school. Currently, he is doing consistently well and enjoying a newfound confidence in math!

Student L is an MGS student in the IP (IB) track who considers herself more of a language person rather than a math person. Initially lacking in confidence for math, she has made steady progress since enrolling in Future Academy. At her most recent math WA, she scored 29/30 marks!

While some of our students kept up consistently good work, some also showed remarkable improvements. We celebrate every little step with each of you and hope to see continued progress in the next half of the year! Below are more student results to add to our highlight reel this semester:

Encouragement to students

Even as Singapore is moving away from breeding an ultra-competitive education landscape, we still want to recognise and affirm the hard work of those who have done well! Students who have done spectacularly (including top performers in their class) were awarded with a little gift to give themselves a treat!
