The 2023 June holiday is soon approaching, and as a parent you may be struggling to think of ways to occupy your child or teen that isn’t simply giving them free access to the TV, computer, or ipad all day long. Without structure or ideas, many children will just play their days away without a care.
While there’s nothing wrong with a having screen time or engaging in leisure activities, it’s important to provide children with a variety of activities that stimulate their minds, promote physical activity, and encourage social interaction. This will keep them active and ready to take on a new school term after the holidays.
